● Prescreen and identify qualified contractors and specialty subcontractors to bid on the project
● Review bids in detail, going line-by-line, to verify adequate scope coverage and to ensure apples-to-apples comparisons
● Assist in selecting a highly qualified team to execute the work
● Provide support in contract negotiations and finalizing contract documents
