A Leader in Construction Excellence: With over 25 years of building experience, David Anderson established Beach House Home Services. Beginning his career in construction as an estimator and project manager, he honed his skills in estimating and managing diverse projects. In Palm Beach, David collaborated with a prominent Builder, contributing to the development, design, estimating, and construction of multi-million dollar homes and renovations. With a proven track record, he has successfully estimated, managed, and completed projects totaling over $70 million, consistently exceeding owners’ expectations. His career is distinguished by creating highly productive teams, fostering effective collaboration, and ensuring client satisfaction. As a Certified Building Professional, David brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every project.
