Our goal is to effectively communicate with our clients and the construction team to always mange expectations and deliver a project that is on-time and on-budget. BHHS stays engaged throughout the project from ground breaking to closeout.

● Proactively address any issues to reduce unnecessary delays and added cost
● Provide consistent and constant communication on project status
● Report construction milestones, along with any corresponding budget and schedule changes
● Participate in Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) meetings
● Track Requests for Information (RFIs) between the design and construction team
● Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction, including utilities and project stakeholders
● Review all payment request and change orders for accuracy, submit recommendations for alternatives and collaborate with the contractor to control costs
● Coordinate final inspection with owner and project team
● Finalize the submittal of any guarantees, warranties, releases, bonds and waivers
